Click the "Sign Up" or "Register" button at the top of the page. Fill in your name, email, phone number, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Click the link in the email to activate your account.

Individual accounts are for personal buying and selling. Business accounts allow you to create a dedicated business profile with services, pricing, photo gallery, customer reviews, and receive enquiries directly. Business profiles are similar to listings on platforms like JustDial or Yelp.

Yes! You can upgrade to a business account at any time from your dashboard. All your existing listings will be preserved, and you'll gain access to business profile features.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.

After logging in, click the "Post Ad" button. Select a category, fill in the details about your item or service, upload photos, set a price, and publish. Your ad will be live immediately.

You can upload up to 10 photos per listing. The first photo will be used as the main image. We recommend using clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles.

Free ads stay active for 30 days. You can renew them before they expire. Premium package ads stay active for 60-90 days depending on your plan.

Yes! Go to "My Ads" in your dashboard and click "Edit" on the listing you want to update. You can change the title, description, price, photos, and other details.

Click on any listing to view details, then click the "Message Seller" button. You can send messages through our platform without revealing your personal contact information until you're ready.

We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers. Payment arrangements are made directly between you and the other party. We recommend cash for local transactions or secure payment methods. Never send money to someone you haven't met.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Create a dedicated business page with your services, pricing, photo gallery, business hours, location, receive customer enquiries, collect reviews and ratings, and still post regular listings. It's like having your own mini-website.

Submit business verification documents (business license, GST number, etc.) through your business dashboard. Our team will review and verify your business within 2-3 business days. Verified businesses receive a verification badge.
