Individual accounts are for personal buying and selling. Business accounts allow you to create a dedicated business profile with services, pricing, photo gallery, customer reviews, and receive enquiries directly. Business profiles are similar to listings on platforms like JustDial or Yelp.
Yes! You can upgrade to a business account at any time from your dashboard. All your existing listings will be preserved, and you'll gain access to business profile features.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
After logging in, click the "Post Ad" button. Select a category, fill in the details about your item or service, upload photos, set a price, and publish. Your ad will be live immediately.
You can upload up to 10 photos per listing. The first photo will be used as the main image. We recommend using clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles.
Free ads stay active for 30 days. You can renew them before they expire. Premium package ads stay active for 60-90 days depending on your plan.
Yes! Go to "My Ads" in your dashboard and click "Edit" on the listing you want to update. You can change the title, description, price, photos, and other details.
Click on any listing to view details, then click the "Message Seller" button. You can send messages through our platform without revealing your personal contact information until you're ready.

We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers. Payment arrangements are made directly between you and the other party. We recommend cash for local transactions or secure payment methods. Never send money to someone you haven't met.
